Luthra & Luthra is adding on to its Private Equity (PE) and M & A practice in Mumbai with Partner Deepak THM from DSK Legal.

Deepak is a National Law School of India University graduate from the 1999 batch and has prior to DSK Legal worked with Nishith Desai & Associates.

Speaking with Bar & Bench Deepak said, “I would be joining Luthra, as a Partner in Mumbai in the PE and M & A practice division.”

“After having graduated from NLSIU in 1999, I joined Nishith Desai in Mumbai and worked with them for three and half to four years. I joined DSK Legal in April 2003 and have been practicing in the area of PE and venture capital fund, all the way through.”

Deepak joins Luthra & Luthra at their Mumbai offices with 11 years of experience in Private Equity and venture capital fund from October 1, 2010.
