NY court dismisses law suit filed by law grads against NY Law School 

The New York Supreme Court recently dismissed the class action suit filed by 9 law graduates from the New York Law School. The plaintiffs had claimed that their alma mater had misled them about their “post graduate employment prospects. Dismissing the suit, which had sought $225 million in damages, the court held that this was essentially a case of caveat emptor. Read the full article in the NY Times
