Crawford Bayley put Euro Multivision on IPO route

Sanjay Asher of Crawford Bayley led his team in closing the Euro Multivision IPO. Advising the company on the issue was Bombay based tax consultant, P.H. Bathiya.
Euro Multivision is India's second largest CD and DVD manufacturer. The company expects to raise about Rs. 66 crore ($13.75 million). The issue opens on September 22 and closes on September 24.
