Amarchand Mangaldas, AZB, Luthra, J. Sagar, Khaitan and Desai & Diwanji have been nominated for India M&A Law Firm of the Year in the Asia M&A Atlas Awards to be held in Mumbai this year. These annual awards are conducted by the Global M&A Network, and this year's award ceremony is to be held on 12th and 13th October at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai. The awards gala will be preceded by a summit which aims to bring together corporate, private equity and industry movers to share insights, explore solutions and connect with business executives from the Asia Pacific region.
In the Asia-Pacific M&A Law Firm of the Year category, the nominees are Baker & McKenzie, Clifford Chance, DLA Piper, Freehills, Linklaters, Mallesons Stephen Jaques, Shearman & Sterling and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Last year's winner in this category was Baker & McKenzie.
