The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata is calling for submissions for The Journal of Indian Law and Society, which was formerly known as the Indian Law Review, a student-edited journal of studies on law and society.
The Journal seeks to present a dedicated forum of debate for work on the cultural, economic, political and social aspects of law in India. The Journal also aims at minimizing the inaccuracies between the changing dynamics of the society and the body of law reflecting these changes.
The Journal solicits articles, notes and comments covering judicial decisions, legislative developments, and empirical research on the Indian legal system, public policy studies and theoretical analysis from related fields of inquiry.
