JSA, Majmudar act on Reliance sale of multiplex business to Carnival Group

Reliance MediaWorks has sold its cinema exhibition business under the brand name Big Cinemas to Carnival Group, a South-India based group. Valued at around 700 crore as reported by Economic Times, it is said to be the largest ever deal in the multiplex business.
