CAM, AZB, Khaitan lead on Ingrid acquisition of power transmission asset from sponsor Sterlite
KKR GIC-backed IndiGrid is acquiring a project for Rs 1,020 crore ($143 million) from its sponsor Sterlite Power Grid Ventures Ltd.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted for Ingrid and the team was led by Partners Yash Ashar, Shishir Vyattaden, Pranay Chandran and Kranti Mohan.
AZB & Partners acted for KKR and the team was led by Partners Ashwath Rau, Atreya Bhattacharya and Aditi Gopalakrishnan along with Senior Associates Pranav Atit, Raina Upadhyay and Gaurav Bansal.
Khaitan & Co acted for Sterlite (sponsor) and the team was led by Partner Mehul Shah.
