Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has acquired assets and intellectual property from Dice Enterprises, which include AI-enabled spend management platform, enterprise customer contracts, proprietary intellectual property, and technology infrastructure.

NovoJuris Legal advised Zaggle on this transaction. The Firm advised on structuring the transaction, due diligence, transaction documents, regulatory requirements applicable for a listed entity, and all aspects related to the acquisition.

Founded in 2011, Zaggle is a technology-driven company that builds Spend Management solutions aimed at automating workflows, improving transparency, and enabling efficient business operations. The acquisition of DICE is intended to enhance Zaggle's AI-powered spend management and enterprise automation capabilities, as well as to broaden its enterprise customer base and technology assets.
