Fox Mandal & Associates is hiring Senior Associates and Associates in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assignment, licensing of software and hardware, outsourcing arrangements with a good understanding of the law pertaining to digital media and advertisements, digital technologies, legal issues relating to internet, mobile telephony, data protection and privacy laws, drafting commercial contracts. Transactions related to Trademark and copyrights, equity and debt financing, startup advisory and e-commerce.

• Support prosecution works. Take care of PS-CS conversion deadlines Take care of tracking and maintaining renewals.

• Taking handover of invoices.

Also assist, participate, partner with internal and external stakeholders in areas of :

• Corporate Social Responsibility

• Communication with various stakeholders whether internal or external

• Coordination or liaison with government agencies. .

Key skill requirements:

• Experience in IP infringement, tech disputes, arbitration and litigation.

• Good understanding about corporate laws, company law, FEMA, RBI, and SEBI regulations.

• Strong legal research and drafting skills in the English language;

• Desire to proactively engage in legal and cross-functional processes to help the businesses perform more effectively while mitigating risk;

• Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with business clients and peers effectively;

• Demonstrated ability to work with the team and cater to the requirements for the overall development of the team and its dynamics including the work environment;

• Strong business acumen with a business-oriented approach to problem-solving, tempered by an appreciation for legal complexity, business processes, ethics and risk;

• Demonstrated ability to be flexible/adaptable, self-motivated, and possesses a positive outlook with an innovative and creative spirit;

• Demonstrated ability and commitment to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment, and ability to meet short-and long-term deadlines;

• Good at drafting, vetting, advising and/or negotiating the commercial, corporate contracts, transaction documents, or human resource related contracts etc

• Good skill in using MS 365 and other applications related thereto.

Remuneration Offered: 5 - 12 lakhs Per annum.
