Job Qualification:

1. Quality Drafting of petitions and applications for NCLT/NCLAT, NCDRC and Supreme Court

2. Attending court proceedings when required

3. Very good communication skills.

4. Candidate with excellent drafting skills will be preferred

5. Knowledge of insolvency and bankruptcy law would be appreciated
