Job Description

• The candidate shall be responsible for drafting petitions/applications and appearing before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble NCLT, Hon’ble NCLAT, Hon’ble Delhi High Court and other forums/tribunals and also for drafting and vetting requisite commercial/financing transaction documents/agreements.
