ALMT Legal elevates Vishal Vora to Associate Partner

ALMT Legal has announced the promotion of Vishal Vora to Associate Partner in the Mumbai Corporate office.

Vora is a 2003 graduate of Gujarat University. He earned his LLM in Comparative Laws from University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 2006.

Vora joined the Mumbai office of ALMT Legal as a Senior Associate in 2022 and, within a short span of four years, has become an integral member of the firm’s corporate and real estate team.

With over 18 years of experience, Vishal specialises in corporate M&A, real estate and banking, and brings substantial expertise in both transactional and advisory matters. His experience spans across mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and investment funds, including complex cross-border inbound and outbound investment transactions.

Prior to joining ALMT Legal, Vora was associated with Vertices Partners and Fox Mandal & Associates.
