AZB Senior Partner Aditya Vikram Bhat leaves firm to start counsel practice

Bhat is leaving AZB after spending 20 years at the firm.

AZB & Partners Senior Partner Aditya Vikram Bhat is leaving the firm to set up his own counsel practice.

Commenting on this development, AZB Managing Partner Zia Mody said,

“Aditya Bhat, our Senior Partner, has decided to pursue his aspirations of practising as an independent counsel and will start his chambers shortly. We wish Aditya only the very best. And we are certain that he will continue his onward journey with great success, and of course has all our good wishes and support.”

Bhat is a graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He joined AZB in 2004 and has been with the firm ever since.

On his decision to leave AZB for counsel practice, Bhat said,

“AZB has been and will remain home for me. The prospect of this new journey as a counsel is an exciting challenge and I look forward to guidance from my seniors.”
