Dentons Link Legal opens office in GIFT City

The GIFT City office will be helmed by Manoj Panzade and Madhur Verma.

Dentons Link Legal is set to strengthen its position as a leading player in the Indian legal market, by becoming the first global law firm to establish a presence in the key business district of Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

GIFT City is an emerging global financial and IT services hub - a first of its kind - in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. It is supported by state-of-the-art infrastructure, India and Gujarat State-government backing, and several key financial incentives for global firms.

Dentons Link Legal has appointed two partners to lead and grow the GIFT City office.

Manoj Panzade has extensive experience with corporate entities, including litigation, regulation & compliance, intellectual property, and contracts & transactions.

Madhur Verma has advised various clients ranging from conglomerates, overseas banks, domestic banks, financial institutions, various funds and government entities specializing in project finance, structured finance and debt capital market transactions.
