The firm has a team of 70+ professionals spread across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Pune, Ahmedabad, and now, GIFT City.

Speaking about the expansion, Vussonji commented,

“GIFT City is rapidly becoming a major financial hub in India, attracting domestic and international financial institutions, asset managers, and alternative investment funds (AIFs). This concentration of players creates a significant market opportunity for legal services in areas like corporate law, M&A, capital markets, banking and finance, and insolvency and bankruptcy. Dave added,

“The city's Single Window Clearance mechanism streamlines approvals and expedites operations for real estate and infrastructure sectors. GIFT City's International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) status opens avenues for the firm to engage in global financial transactions, aligning with its banking, finance, and capital markets practices. The relative proximity of GIFT City to Mumbai and Ahmedabad allows for easier collaboration and resource allocation between offices, leveraging existing expertise while catering to the specific needs of the new market.”
