IFC Counsel Dushyant Kumar joins AP & Partners as a Partner

Kumar has previously worked with International Finance Corporation and Trilegal.

Dushyant Kumar has joined AP & Partners as a Partner.

Kumar is a 2009 graduate of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS).

Kumar brings with him significant transactional and advisory experience advising both domestic and international clients in Corporate, M&A and PE/VC space, among others.

He was previously working as legal Counsel at International Finance Corporation (part of the World Bank Group), where he was closely involved in their various equity and structured equity investments and advisory engagements in India and other countries in South Asia/ South-East Asia region. Prior to joining IFC, Kumar was a part of the M&A and private equity practice group at Trilegal.

On Kumar's joining, Senior Partner Anand Prasad said,
