Saurav Bhaumik has joined Fox & Mandal as an Associate Partner in Corporate & Commercial practice.

Bhaumik is a 2015 graduate of National University of Study and Research in Law. He earned his MSc in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford in 2018.

Bhaumik specialises in advising clients on the entire suite of corporate transactions, including cross-border M&A, business and asset transfers, in addition to general commercial and contractual support. He has worked with clients such as Softbank, International Schools Partnership Ltd, Qatar Investment Authority, Ford Foundation, Mitsui & Co, and Maruti Suzuki, and has a distinct focus on the education sector.

In the past Bhaumik has worked at Luthra and Luthra, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Khaitan & Co. Prior to joining, Fox & Mandal, he was associated with Khaitan for 6 years.
