IP firm Anand and Anand promotes three to Partnership

Anand and Anand has recently promoted Managing Associates Dr Neeti Wilson, Vaishali Mittal and Vidisha Garg to partnership. The partnership is effective from April 1, 2012.

Neeti (pictured left) and Vidisha (pictured right) are part of the Patents Team while Vaishali (pictured center) is part of the Litigation Team.

Dr. Neeti Wilson did her PhD in Applied Sciences from TERI University. She joined Anand and Anand in 2005 and has played a big role in the Plant Variety practice of the firm and has also been advising clients on biodiversity related matters.

Vidisha Garg got a Masters in Chemistry from the University of Lucknow and is currently pursuing her LLM. She has been associated with the firm since 2004.

Vaishali Mittal is a graduate of Jamia Millia Islamia. Vaishali has almost 10 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, prosecution, consultation and drafting. She has been involved in several landmark judgments and has handled various contested IP matters. Vaishali has been with the firm for almost 8 years now.

This takes the total number of the Partners at the firm to 13.

The firm has a total 65 lawyers across all its offices in Delhi, Chennai, Noida and Mumbai.
