Recruitment Tracker 63 students placed out of the 69 who sat for recruitment in NUJS Class of 2012

The Class of 2012 at the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata (NUJS) saw 63 students placed out of the 69 who sat for recruitment. The batch saw recruitment from foreign and domestic law firms with Amarchand being the largest recruiter with ten students.

Luthra was the next biggest recruiter, bagging nine students while Trilegal picked up seven. ICICI Bank, AZB & Partners and Bharucha and Partners each picked up three students. J. Sagar Associates, CMS, Legal League Consulting, and CLAT Possible hired two students each.

Out of a batch of a hundred students, two have been awarded the LAMP fellowship while one has been awarded the Lawyers for Change Fellowship. The same has not been mentioned in the table below but has been incorporated in the final calculation. Eight students are awaiting confirmation for judicial clerkships, nine students have opted for either the judicial or the civil services exam, and four are pursuing a Masters program in law.
