Law Firm Jobs New Delhi: Qui Prior Law Associates is looking to hire Senior Manager – Contracts with 4-6 years of work experience in New Delhi.

Job Description:

In all probability you will be part of the team that will function as an extension of the legal team of a top MNC. The job offers you a golden opportunity to not only interact with senior executives of a top MNC directly but also take part in final negotiations of contracts if required, thereby, boosting your knowledge base and taking your career to the next level. You could also be selected to lead the team based on your performance, so a prior experience of leading a team could be an advantage for you.

The candidate shall have adequate expertise in Law relating to Contractual Agreements and shall have prior experience of working on Commercial Contracts including Master Service agreements for various services, Procurement Agreements, Marketing and Technology Agreements, Addendums, NDAs, Tenders and other contracts of this description.

An in-depth understanding of all contractual terms is a necessity for the job.

Job Description & Minimum requirements: 

• Must have worked on drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts.
• Graduate from a National Law University.
• Excellent command over English both in oral as well as written.
• Good Inter-personal skills is a must

Remuneration Offered: INR 6 – 14 L P.A
