Clasis Partner Sidanth Rajagopal moves back to Clyde & Co; To head Aviation Finance team in Dubai

Sidanth Rajagopal, a Partner at Clasis Law has resigned to join the Dubai office of Clyde & Co as an Equity Partner. Sidanth will head the Commercial Aviation Finance team in Dubai covering Middle East, North Africa and South Asia.

Sidanth says he is excited about joining Clyde & Co family. He is dual qualified to practice both in India, and England and Wales and has a significant experience in financing, leasing or purchasing of aircraft.

“The aviation practice at Clasis has grown from strength to strength and I am looking forward to working closely with Clasis”, says Sidanth.

Sidanth had joined Clasis in 2011, prior to which he was in the London office of Clyde & Co working as aviation finance lawyer. He has also worked at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, and Economic Laws Practice for almost a year each. He is a graduate of Indian Law Society, Pune.

Recently, Clasis Law’s London-based co-founding partner Shalini Agarwal had left the firm to set up her own her own law firm and legal consultancy firm, “In Se Legal”.
