Antares Legal, AZB act on O4S $6 million fund raise

IoT and SaaS-driven platform, O4S (Evato Technology Private Limited) raised US$ 6 million in its Series A fund raise from Think Investments and Venture Highway.

Antares Legal represented O4S fund raise. The Antares team was led by Principal Associate, Surbhi Kothiala and Senior Associate Devanjali Rastogi, assisted by Associates Mohona Thakur, Amrusha Monga and Navya Mehrotra.

AZB & Partners, Mumbai acted for Think Investments.

The IoT and SaaS-driven platform helps manufacturing companies to digitize and automate the supply chain. It is a multi-module SaaS platform for manufacturing companies to enable traceability and automation across manufacturing, warehouses, and retail networks to increase sales and performance.
