Online eyewear retailer Lenskart has raised more than $275 million from Softbank, including some stake sale from early investors.
Rajaram Legal acted for Lenskart and certain existing investors, Chiratae (formerly IDG Ventures) and Ronnie Screwvala's Unilazer Ventures. The team was led by Managing Partner Archana Rajaram, along with Senior Associate Tanish Gupta and Associate Vedanta Chakrabarty.
