Saraf, AZB act on the acquisition of LimeRoad Business by V-Mart

V-Mart Retail Limited has entered into definitive agreement to acquire Limeroad Business from A.M. Marketplaces.

Saraf and Partners acted for and advised V-Mart on the transaction.
