PQE: 2-3 Years & 4-5 Years (without break)

Location: Gurgaon

Qualification: LL.B. (H)

Job Description

For position requiring 4-5 years’ experience

• Independent handing of cases, appearances, coordination with senior, drafting, filling, research.

• Exp. in Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, district Courts, NCLAT and NCLT.

• Experience conducting of arbitration proceedings

For position requiring 2-3 years’ experience

• Experience in appearances in Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, district Courts, NCLAT and NCLT, coordination with seniors, independent research work and drafting cases, filing knowledge a must.

• Experience on arbitration laws.

Remuneration: Best in the industry.
