Office of S Kumar is looking to hire litigation associates in Delhi.

Positions: Two

PQE: 3-4 Years

Location: Defence Colony, New Delhi

Qualification: LLB

The chamber's practice areas includes commercial, civil, constitutional, property and service litigation in the Delhi High Court.

Arbitration is also one of the core practice areas.

Job Description

• Associates will be required to handle high stakes commercial and other disputes;

• They must have the ability to think and make decisions independently;

• Associates are given varied experience in drafting, client handling, researching and court appearances to develop their skills.

Requirements

• Must have some trial experience, either in civil suits or in arbitration;

• Applicants should have good communication skills (both oral and written);

• Applicants should have the capacity to handle big drafts and pleadings needed in heavy commercial and civil disputes.

Remuneration: ₹5.5 lakhs - ₹7 lakhs per annum depending on qualification, experience and skill.
