Requirements

The ideal candidates should have worked on a mix of trademark prosecution, oppositions/cancellations, pre-litigation advisory work, cease and desist letters, settlements, etc.

The firm looking for motivated lawyers with 1-2 years of good trademark experience, preferably in a law firm, and someone who will to work and prosper in a fast-paced work environment.
