ZEUS Law Associates is looking to hire senior associates and associates for their general corporate team in Delhi.

Positions: Four - Five

PQE: 2-5 Years

Location: New Delhi.

Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university

Job Description

• Experience in handling corporate commercial contracts, SHA, SPA & transactional agreements.

• Well-versed with the legal nuances of corporate transactional work, including foreign exchange, management and company law issues.

• Exceptional at contractual drafting, client communication and contract negotiation with keen attention to detail.

• Able to work cooperatively with team as well as, autonomously and meet deadlines as per requirement of the assignment.

Remuneration: Based on the calibre of the candidate.
