The Bar Council of India has decided to put a rest to its vendetta against the Law Commission of India, hours after a meet with Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad..A delegation headed by BCI Chairman Manan Kumar Mishra, along with other representatives of the BCI, the Delhi High Court Bar Association and district bar associations, met the Law Minister today at 5 pm..According to a resolution passed by the BCI, Prasad assured the lawyers that no action will be taken on the Law Commission’s 266th Report proposing wholesale changes to the Advocates Act.
