Chief Justice of HCs Master of Roster but must seek assistance of Senior Judges, Kurian Joseph J

Justice Kurian Joseph, one of the four judges who held the unprecedented press conference in January this year, has said that Chief Justices of High Courts must seek the assistance of other Senior judges in the High Court when it comes to case management.
