The Madras High Court on Monday issued notice in a PIL moved for the expeditious commencement of the southern bench of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) at Chennai, in line with the Supreme Court's 2019 order in the Swiss Ribbons case (GV Mohan Kumar v. The Registrar and ors).
