[Suo motu COVID case] Summary of today's hearing at Supreme Court

The Supreme Court on Friday heard at length the suo motu case initiated by it with regard to the issues stemming for COVID-19 crisis in the country.

headed by Justice DY Chandrachud while hearing the suo motu case concerning COVID-19 issues made it clear that it was concerned only with issues which cannot be looked at by the states.
