This matter will deal with ther larger questions of women's rights against religious rights that were referred to a larger Bench in the Review filed against the Sabarimala judgment of 2018. Today, the Court will hear arguments on whether a reference can be made to a larger Bench in a review petition

The case pertains to the contempt petition filed by the Delhi High Court Bar Association against S Gurumurthy for making scandalous allegations against Justice S Muralidhar.

Today in Court: The Court called for the record of the other contempt case which was taken up by a Division Bench headed by Justice Mamohan and adjounred the matter till February 26.

The case pertains to an appeal against the dismissal of a plea challenging the rejection of nomination papers of 11 candidates desirous of fighting polls against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
