Can a retweet form the basis of defamation? Delhi HC to answer in Raghav Chadha case

IThe Supreme Court on Friday directed the Delhi High Court to decide the key issue in the Raghav Chadha defamation case by September 25. The Court has also asked the parties to appear before the High Court on Monday.
