Concept

A range of topical issues viz. introduction to the fundamentals of ADR; arbitration agreement; arbitral tribunal; arbitration proceedings; arbitral award; practical problems/issues relating to claims, defence statements, and counterclaims will be discussed at the training course.

Further, there will be mock case sessions to sharpen the skill sets of participants in arbitration.
