Know your Campus Ambassador: Rahul Raj, ICFAI Dehradun

Bar & Bench

Over the last two years, we have built a network of Campus Ambassadors across more than fifty law schools all over India. These law students have been providing us with information on campus events and activities, and also sharing legal articles.

This series of interviews is meant to turn the spotlight on these hardworking and dedicated individuals.

In this edition, we speak with Rahul Raj, a second-year student at ICFAI Law School in Dehradun.

Why did you choose to study law?

The foremost reason of me taking up law as a career that there was no one in my family in the law field. There was also a huge lack of legal knowledge in my family. So I decided to change this and took law as a career to create some legal awareness in my family as well as society.

What made you apply for the Campus Ambassador post at Bar & Bench?

The name of the organisation is a reason itself as I have been following it since a year and I knew this post would give me a great kickstart in my career.

What are your plans after completing law?

I am looking up to working in PSUs as a legal advisor.
