Know your Campus Ambassador: Varsha Agarwal, RMLNLU

Bar & Bench

Over the last two years, we have built a network of Campus Ambassadors across more than fifty law schools all over India. These law students have been providing us with information on campus events and activities, and also sharing legal articles.

This series of interviews is meant to turn the spotlight on these hardworking and dedicated individuals.

In this edition, we speak with Varsha Agarwal, a second-year law student at the Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University.

(Edited excerpts)

Why did you choose to study law?

I have chosen law as career because of the power it gives in our hands to fight injustice.

What made you apply for the Campus Ambassador post at Bar & Bench?

The thing that most intrigued me for applying as Campus Ambassador is that I will get the chance to interact with professionals which will ultimately give a head start to my law career.

What are your plans after completing law?

Till the recent BCI notification was not released, I had decided to become a judge. But now, I am thinking about having a career in the corporate world.
