ABOUT THE WEBINAR

The topic of the webinar is "Arbitration Regime in India". Through this webinar we aim to get to the young law students and help them understand the working of the Arbitration procedure and it's scope in India. The path to being an Arbitrator is still something that aspiring lawyers are not quite aware of. We hope to address the same by bringing into light the main requirements for the same. At the same time, we aim to help the students get their queries addressed from the expert itself.
