A Mid-Size law firm is looking to hire Corporate Associate with 3+ years of work experience in Bengaluru.

Job Qualifications 

• B.A. LLB with at least 3+ years of experience in a law firm

• Prior experience with Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, M&A, PE, Ventures and General Corporate with experience in managing DD’s, transactional documents and negotiation.

Remuneration Offered:
