DSK, Malvi Ranchoddas act on GoApptive's Series A funding round

HealthQuad Fund II participated in the Series A funding round of GoApptiv Private Limited along with existing investor Cipla Limited as a co-investor.

DSK Legal advised Healthquad on the deal and assisted with conducting the legal due diligence on the Company, and drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the transaction documents in relation to HealthQuad’s primary and secondary investment in the Company.

The transaction team consisted of Rishi Anand (Partner), Nakul Batra (Associate Partner), Shreya Singh (Associate), and Snigdha Prakash (Associate).

Cipla Limited was represented by its in-house legal counsels.
