Khaitan Legal Associates is looking to hire corporate associates in Mumbai.

Positions: Two

PQE: 2-4 Years

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Bachelor of Law

Job Description

• Apply legal principles and draw on experience to formulate and suggest actions towards solving problems faced by the client.

• Performs legal research to resolve legal issues and determine the appropriate course of action regarding a particular issue/case.

• Keep regular touch points with allocated clients and gather feedback to improve deliverables.

• Assist and brief partners and senior associates in the allocated matters.

• Coordinate with other team members on open matters to ensure timely completion through review, escalation etc.

• Handle day to day client deliverables independently wherever possible.

• Review documents / templates submitted by interns/ associates from time to time.

• Perform other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Special focus on M&A transactions, PE-VC

• Law Firm experience

Remuneration: Commensurate to qualification and relevant experience.
