Saga Legal is looking to hire a Principal Associate / Associate Partner for their Dispute Practice in Delhi.
Positions: Principal Associate / Associate Partner
PQE: 8-12 Years
Team: Dispute Resolution
Technical Skills
Candidate should have experience in civil/commercial disputes & criminal matters (both on the original and appellate sides);
Should have sound experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and proceedings such as consumer, labour and arbitration.
Personal Skills
Ability to independently handle matters end-to-end.
Leadership and team building attributes.
Detail-oriented approach.
Strong analytical & research skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
