Former Naik Naik lawyer Nisha Kaba has set up her independent practice at Cawasji Patel Street, Mumbai.

Kaba is a 2016 graduate of KC Law College.

She focuses on commercial litigation, and dispute resolution, including Insolvency, arbitration and general advisory matters. She has advised, represented, and prepared strategy for domestic and international clients on complex issues from diverse industry sectors including Oil & Gas, Infrastructure & Ports, Retail, Media & Entertainment, Fashion & Garments, freight & logistics, etc., across multiple jurisdictions. She has more than 7 years of work experience.

Kaba has been involved in some significant and large stake litigations before various Tribunals and Courts including the Supreme Court of India.

Prior to setting up her independent practice, Kaba was associated with Naik Naik & Co for over 4 years. She had also worked with Link Legal India Law Services in the past.

On setting up her own practice, Nisha Kaba shared,

"I always wanted to start my independent practice and cater to clients, who found it difficult to afford services of a law firm and/or counsels. Apart from this, I also intend to give some time to matters that are of a larger public good."
