Anagram Partners acts on Technology Crossover Ventures acquiring a stake in Darwinbox Digital Solutions for US$72 million

Technology Crossover Ventures Luxco subscribed to Series D compulsorily convertible preference shares of Darwinbox Digital Solutions Private Limited for approximately US$72 Million (approx ₹548 crore).

Anagram Partners advised Technology Crossover Ventures on the deal.

The team was led by Partners Simone Reis and Rajesh Simhan, with the support of Senior Associate Shwetank Chaubey, Associates Nezhat Fouzdar and Averal Sibal.

The post money valuation of Darwinbox Digital Solutions crosses over US$ 1 billion.
