Antares Legal acts on Leisure Hotels and Ginger Hotels partnership for new hotel in Greater Noida

Resort chain Leisure Hotels Group, partnered with IHCL-backed Ginger hotels to launch a new hotel in Greater Noida.

The joint venture arrangement is between Ginger Hotels (Tata group company), Kapareva Development Private Limited (investment management company) regarding a hotel property in Greater Noida.

Antares Legal advised Leisure Hotels Limited in connection with the joint venture arrangement.

The Antares team was led by Partner Arjun Anand with the assistance of Associates Hardik Harjani, Krishn Bhargava.

Leisure Hotels Group has a portfolio of 29 properties spanning North India. Post the JV arrangement, Ginger will operate the 72-room hotel while Leisure Hotels Group will continue to manage the outdoor banquet halls and lawns for bespoke events

This is the fourth hotel that Leisure will be signing with Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL)

Most recently IHCL signed a contract for SelQtions resort in Rishikesh
