Luthra assists K2 Partnering Solutions in the acquisition of Openlogix

K2 Partnering Solutions, a global player engaged in providing unique end-to-end consultative technology solutions in software space, has acquired Openlogix, a US-based technology consulting firm specializing in digital transformation and software development. 

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India assisted K2 Partnering Solutions in this acquisition deal.

The transaction was led by Shinoj Koshy (Partner) who was assisted by Aishwarya Mudgil (Senior Associate), and Anshul Semwal (Associate).
