Vaish continue as advisers to Globus on IPO

Globus Spirits Ltd., a Delhi-based alcohol beverage company, has entered the capital markets with an IPO of 75 crore. The issue closed on September 2, 2009 and was oversubscribed on the upper price band. The company was scheduled to bring its IPO in 2008, but had withdrawn the issue due to unfavourable market conditions.
