Advocate Satyajit A. Desai & Advocate Anagha S. Desai is looking to hire litigation associates with 1+ years of PQE in New Delhi.

Job Qualification and Minimum Requirements:

• The Advocate must be conversant with Drafting of Special Leave Petitioners, Transfer Petitions, Writ Petitions, etc. to be filed before the Supreme Court.

• Legal Research work.

• Making Notes of the Case.

• Appearance before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Law.

• Excellent drafting skills (Especially SPLs).

• Proficiency in legal research and writing.

• Experience before the Supreme Court is preferable.

• Must be punctual, organized, dedicated and hardworking.

Number of Position/s: 2 (Two)

Remuneration offered (INR per annum): As per Industry Standards
