Lex Commerci hiring Senior Associate in Chandigarh & Panchkula

Lex Commerci is looking to hire a Senior Associate in Chandigarh & Panchkular with 3-5 years of experience.

The firm is seeking a competent and experienced lawyer to join its growing practice. The individual in this role would be responsible for compiling and maintaining case files, adhering to court requirements, and acting as an advocate to the firm's list of clients. The ideal candidate needs to have a background in litigation (District Court & High Court).

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with staff to prepare a comprehensive brief on each case that goes to trial.

• Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences based on case requirements.

• Should possess in-depth knowledge in Land Acquisition and Arbitration.

• Should possess good drafting and legal writing skills.

• Should possess good legal research skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Candidate should have appeared before the District Court, High Court and Arbitral Tribunals.

You will need

• A law degree from a reputed law school and at least 3-5 years’ experience in the legal profession.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills including strong presentation skills.

• Effective use of computer systems for the generation of professional reports, scheduling, and client database management.

• Strong relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• Good organisational skills and capacity to be detail-oriented.

• High level of integrity and professional accountability.
