CJI SA Bobde advises SCBA to obtain medical expert opinion before holding elections in physical mode

Chief Justice of India SA Bobde today urged representatives of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) to consider seeking medical expert opinion before holding its elections in both physical and virtual mode..As per sources, a few representatives of the SCBA met the CJI today to discuss the conduct of the upcoming SCBA elections..Senior lawyers sitting in Delhi arguing cases pan India while young lawyers suffer: Sr Adv Vikas Singh urges CJI to resume physical hearing at SC.The SCBA was requested to come out with a definite plan for the conduct of physical elections, including medical expert opinion.
